ក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ (ក.ប.ទ.) សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជនទាំងអស់ជ្រាបថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានប្រកាសជាផ្លូវការដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការប្រតិបត្តិការ សេវាទូរសព្ទចល័តជំនាន់ទី៥ ឬសេវា 5G នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តទៅ។ ក្នុងន័យនេះ ក.ប.ទ. បានសហការជាមួយគ្រប់ប្រតិបត្តិករទូរសព្ទចល័តធំៗទាំង ៣ គឺ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Cellcard (CamGSM) ក្រុមហ៊ុន Metfone (Viettel Cambodia) និងក្រុមហ៊ុន Smart (Smart Axiata) ជំរុញការសាងសង់ស្ថានីយអង់តែនទូរគមនាគមន៍និងបំពាក់ឧបករណ៍ផ្តល់សេវា 5G នៅតាមទីតាំងដូចមានផែនទីលម្អិតក្នុងឧបសម្ព័ន្ធជូនភ្ជាប់។
ស្របពេលនឹងការអបអរសាទរការឆ្លងឆ្នាំចាស់ឈានចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ឆ្នាំសកលនេះ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់សេវារបស់ប្រតិបត្តិករទូរសព្ទចល័តទាំង ៣ ខាងលើ នឹងអាចចាប់ផ្តើមប្រើប្រាស់សេវា 5G បាន ចាប់ពីម៉ោង ០០:០១ នៃថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះតទៅ នៅតាមទីតាំងដូចបានជម្រាបជូនខាងលើ ដែលនៅដំណាក់កាលដំបូង គឺនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងតំបន់សំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួននៅក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប ខេត្តកណ្តាល ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ ខេត្តតាកែវ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង ខេត្តក្រចេះ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និងខេត្តកំពត។ ជាជំហានៗបន្តទៀត វិសាលភាពគ្របដណ្តប់នៃសេវា 5G នឹងពង្រីកឱ្យបានកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយបន្ថែមទៀត និងទៅកាន់គ្រប់បណ្តាខេត្តផ្សេងទៀតនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។
សេវា 5G នឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ៗក្នុងការជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គម ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ក្របខណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា ២០២១-២០៣៥ និងគោលនយោបាយរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា ២០២២-២០៣៥ តាមរយៈការផ្តល់មកនូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាច្រើន ដូចជា សេវាអ៊ីនធឺណិតមានល្បឿនលឿនជាងសេវា 4G ការតភ្ជាប់ឧបករណ៍បានច្រើនក្នុងពេលតែមួយ រយៈពេលនៃការឆ្លើយតប (Latency) មានកម្រិតទាប និងការលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈឌីជីថល ជាដើម។ សេវា 5G មិនមែនត្រឹមតែមាន “អ៊ីនធឺណិតល្បឿនលឿន” ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែសេវានេះ នឹងក្លាយជាហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធឌីជីថលសម្រាប់អនាគតឌីជីថល នវានុវត្តន៍ និងកាលានុវត្តភាពថ្មីៗរបស់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ សូមសាធារណជនទាំងអស់ជ្រាប និងចូលរួមទទួលយកបទពិសោធថ្មីនៃសេវា 5G នេះ។
Announcement On the Official Launch of the Fifth-Generation (5G) Mobile Service Operations in the Kingdom of Cambodia

The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) would like to inform the general public that on December 5, 2025, the Royal Government officially announced the launch of the fifth generation (5G) mobile service operations in the Kingdom of Cambodia, starting from January 2026. In this regard, MPTC has collaborated closely with the three major mobile network operators—Cellcard (CamGSM), Metfone (Viettel Cambodia), and Smart (Smart Axiata)—to accelerate the construction of telecommunications antenna stations and the installation of 5G equipment at the locations detailed in the attached map.
In conjunction with the celebration of the New Year, users of the three mobile operators mentioned above will be able to begin accessing 5G services starting from 00:01 on January 1, 2026, at the designated sites. During the initial phase, coverage will be available in Phnom Penh and key areas in many provinces, including Siem Reap, Kandal, Svay Rieng, Kampong Speu, Takeo, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Prey Veng, Kratie, Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Preah Sihanouk, Stung Treng, and Kampot. In subsequent phases, the 5G coverage will continue to expand progressively to other provinces across the country.
5G will play a vital role in accelerating digital transformation in Cambodia’s economy and society, in alignment with the Pentagonal Strategy–Phase I, the Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021–2035, and the Cambodia Digital Government Policy 2022–2035, offering numerous benefits, including faster internet speeds compared to 4G, the capacity to connect a larger number of devices simultaneously, lower latency, and enhanced efficiency in the delivery of digital public services. 5G is more than just providing “faster internet”; it will become a digital infrastructure for Cambodia’s digital future, innovation, and new opportunities in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
As outlined above, the general public is hereby informed accordingly and embraces this new 5G experience.
